Common Questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
MIOS has ₹0 setup and onboarding fees across all plans. However, legacy data migration services from other software are evaluated individually and billed separately at actual developer man-hour rates. System configuration and initial staff training are fully included.
How is my patient data secured?
Each hospital gets a dedicated, isolated PostgreSQL database — your data is never co-mingled with other hospitals. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I use my existing domain or custom URL?
Yes. We provision a subdomain (hospitalname.mios.in) by default. Custom domains (e.g., hms.yourhospital.com) are available on Mid-Eye Center and Enterprise plans.
Is NABH compliance built in?
MIOS is designed around NABH documentation requirements — audit logs, consent forms, critical value alerts, and medication administration records are all standard features.
Can I add more locations later?
Absolutely. You can add branches to your existing plan or upgrade. Each branch gets its own data isolation with optional shared inventory.
What support do you provide after go-live?
All plans include email + WhatsApp support. Mid-Eye Center and above get priority response (< 4 hours). Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager.
Does MIOS work on mobile devices?
For day-to-day clinical and billing operations, we recommend using a dedicated desktop, laptop, or tablet. While you can securely log in on a mobile phone to view doctor schedules, check-ins, or reports, the complex casesheets and billing screens are optimized for larger viewports to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
